He has a proven track record of success in leading and managing complex multi-billion-dollar projects s in the Middle East and North America such as the Waldorf Astoria Lusail in Qatar. He also led Deloitte’s Capital Projects advisory practice in Qatar, where he worked on a client engagement for a 12-figure international real estate portfolio. In the US, Manfield led Navigant/Ankura’s engagement on the Comcast Technology Tower project worth $1.5 billion. Most recently he led select Real Estate related internal projects at Amazon Web Services. Manfield is a strategic thinker and leader with a passion for innovation. He is also a chartered quantity surveyor and holds an MBA from London Business School and a Quantity Surveying degree from the University of Cape Town. In addition to his work at InsureTEK, Manfield also advises startups in the Construction Tech space.
